Payment

  • Sessions must be paid in advance, either individually or as part of a package.
  • Payment is made by bank transfer or any other mutually agreed method.
  • An invoice can be provided upon request.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

  • Any cancellation or rescheduling request must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance.
  • A session not cancelled within this timeframe is considered due.
  • In case of exceptional circumstances, please feel free to inform me—I am always willing to listen.

Commitment to Learning

  • Regular attendance and motivation are the keys to your progress.
  • I provide adapted materials and personalized support, provided there is active engagement on your part.
